The predecessor of Xinzhongfu (Shanghai) Shipping Co., Ltd. was Zhongfu (Shanghai) Shipping Co., Ltd., which was registered and established in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on September 26, 2011. In 2022, after FAW Logistics became a shareholder, the company was officially renamed.
Currently, Xinzhongfu Shipping has a registered capital of 257.14 million yuan, total assets of 610 million yuan, and net assets of 329 million yuan. With its outstanding industry performance, the company stood out among thousands of shipping enterprises in Pudong New Area, Shanghai in early 2018 and successfully entered the list of only 100 key shipping enterprises, demonstrating its important position and core competitiveness in the regional shipping industry.
